1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Plurixor Baseball Club's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Plurixor Baseball Club provides baseball training, coaching, and related services including:

• Baseball training sessions for all skill levels
• Youth and adult baseball programs
• Private coaching and group training
• Baseball camps and tournaments
• Equipment rental and sales
• Membership services

3. Membership and Registration

To access certain services, you may be required to register for a membership. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods as specified during the registration process. All prices are in Polish Złoty (PLN) and are subject to change with notice.

• Monthly memberships are billed in advance
• Single session payments are due at the time of booking
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Late payments may result in service suspension

5. Code of Conduct

All members and participants must adhere to our code of conduct:

• Respect coaches, staff, and fellow members
• Follow safety guidelines and instructions
• Maintain appropriate behavior at all times
• Use equipment responsibly and safely
• Report any safety concerns immediately
• No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated

6. Safety and Liability

Baseball is a physical sport that carries inherent risks. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Plurixor Baseball Club is not liable for:

• Personal injuries sustained during training or events
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions

Participants are encouraged to have appropriate insurance coverage.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

• Training sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee
• Membership cancellations require 30 days written notice
• Refunds for unused services are subject to administrative fees
• Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Plurixor Baseball Club and is protected by copyright laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or display our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or logos without authorization
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Remove or alter any copyright notices

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your membership and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
